A mixed-use office/retail/hotel project being developed on Route 22 in Aberdeen - this site will offer 40,000 SF of retail, 200,000 SF of office space, a 130-room hotel and three retail pads. It is located adjacent to Target and is within a 15-minute drive for a population of over 119,000.
